1. Scope
This clause governs the terms of refunds / cancellations by the Client and Nero Studio’s right to terminate the agreement for convenience, including the allocation of costs and liabilities.
2. Client Cancellations / Refunds
2.1 Cancellation before work begins: The Client may cancel the order before Nero Studio commences any work.
In such case, the deposit will be refunded in full (100%).
The refund will be processed within 30 business days from the date Nero Studio formally acknowledges the cancellation request.

2.2 Cancellation after work has commenced
The Client sends a cancellation/refund request in writing (email).
Nero Studio shall review / acknowledge the request within 7 business days from receipt.
From the day of acknowledgement, a 30-business-day period begins to process the refund.
The refund amount will be reduced by documented costs incurred up to the day of acknowledgement (materials, preparatory work, operational costs).
The refund cannot exceed the amount paid up to the day of acknowledgement.

2.3 After final deliverable acceptance
If the Client has accepted the final deliverable (e.g., no objections within the deadline, signature, portal acceptance), no refund is due.

3. Right of Termination by Nero Studio
3.1 Nero Studio reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, without giving a reason (“termination for convenience”), by written notice to the Client.
3.2 The notice of termination must be delivered at least 7 business days before termination.
3.3 If termination occurs before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full (100%).
3.4 If termination occurs after work has begun:
Nero Studio will acknowledge the termination within 7 business days;
Refund (or partial refund) will be made within 30 business days from the date of acknowledgement, minus documented costs incurred up to that date;
Nero Studio bears no further liability or claims beyond these terms.

4. Limitations on Claims / Liability
Refunds, cancellations, or terminations do not grant the right to claims exceeding the amount paid up to the day of acknowledgement or termination. Nero Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from project interruption or cancellation.
